1. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We normally process and deliver our orders within 48 hours from the date you place your order. However, we recommend that you place your order 2-3 weeks before the birthday to allow plenty of time to deliver invitations and confirm how many people would attend so you can plan for the cake, food, etc.
2. I have 10 kids attending do I need to buy a package for 16?
All our inventory comes in packages of 8, but due to the high number of requests for parties of numbers between 8 and 16 we now offer packages for parties of 8, 12 and 16 kids! Call us and we can discuss your situation and see how we can be of help.
3. I have a mixture of girls and boys coming to the party, would you supply party bags for mixed genders?
Yes, we will try to match as closely as we can to the theme your child is requesting, i.e. if your child wants a Princess party, we can provide party bags for boys designed around the theme "knights of the round table".
4. I don’t see a theme that my child would like to have, can you help?
For sure! If you do not see what you are looking for, please email us at feedback@partyinabox.com.my and we will love to help you!
For custom themes, please allow at least 3 weeks before the birthday party for us to special order your request.
5. How would I know that my orders are being processed?
You will receive an email to confirm your order. If you do not hear from us within 2 hours, please check your spam box or filter as some email programmes automatically classify auto response as spam. To ensure that you receive all communications from Party In A Box, please add us to your white list. If you still have trouble, email us at orders@partyinabox.com.my.
6. I can’t check out using my email address. The system responded saying that my email address is already in use by another customer. What should I do?
You may have already registered with Party In A Box. If you have forgotten your password, please request for a new password by clicking on the ‘Forgot your password’ link. Alternatively, you can email your orders to us at orders@partyinabox.com.my.
7. I am interested to be a Party In A Box reseller. Do you offer wholesale / bulk discount?
Yes. Please email us at wholesale@partyinabox.com.my with your company name, nature of business and contact details. We will provide you with our terms and conditions as well as a login ID to our wholesale section.
