Little girls love to decorate these foam tiaras! Fun and easy to do, just add your own plastic jewels or beads to make colorful regal designs! A great project for a sleepover or for a dress up party, each 8 1/2" tiara has an expandable coil band. Plastic jewels pictured are not included. We recommend using foam glue, glue dots or Make It Stick glue.
